After spending 15 years in public education helping students reach their goals, I have decided to move into the mental health private realm. Helping people has always been a passion of mine and going from the school system into helping people who are needing guidance to start their mental health journey is a natural step for me. When a new or current client reaches out I am the first person they come in contact with. My goal is to help that client feel comfortable and capable of taking the necessary steps to get the help they need. Seeking help with behavioral health services isn't easy, I want to make sure their contact with me and starting their journey is as easy and smooth as possible.

When I am not helping people at Landry Therapy Group, I am a certified book nerd, craft addict and am constantly refurbishing old things...making them new again. Everything has a purpose! I love spending time with my husband and our three sons, and all my friends. I am a dog rescue mom to Brodie and Sadie, who, along with the boys, bring my husband and me much joy. I take my work time seriously and I also take my down time, or self-care time, seriously. I also work with several organizations as a volunteer to end the Sex Trafficking and Exploitation of children. I recently earned my certification as a Life Coach and am continuing my education to get my Chemical Dependency Counseling License.

I believe that if you are mentally healthy, you are wealthy. You only have one spin in this world...make it count!
