Your Path to Healing Starts Here.

Transforming mental healthcare

At Landry Therapy Group, our mission is clear: we create a safe and secure environment to foster trusting therapeutic relationships, guiding our clients toward mental well-being. With our carefully chosen team of therapists, each with unique backgrounds, perspectives, belief systems, and diverse specialties, we offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic solutions to help clients achieve their personal therapy and life goals.

We’re here for all of your needs

We're a diverse team of experienced therapists, doctors, and life coaches, offering therapy and psychological evaluations for individuals aged 5 and up. We provide care for various conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, spectrum disorders, ADHD, grief, trauma, spiritual trauma, sports psychology, self-harm, eating disorders, family issues, and LGBTQ+-related concerns.

Although not all clinicians accept all insurance plans, we gladly welcome self-pay clients. Self-pay sessions offer the freedom to choose your therapist and maintain confidentiality, as medical records remain private. Additionally, many clients can utilize out-of-network benefits to offset self-pay appointment expenses.

  • Most therapists use many different modalities when helping a client. All to help the client achieve the best outcomes and achieve their goals in therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Short-term form of psychotherapy directed at present-time issues and based on the idea that the way an individual thinks and feels affects the way he or she behaves.

EMDR: Primary use is to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events or are struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Brainspotting: This is talk therapy that reveals a client’s unprocessed traumas through fixed eye positions. Similar to EMDR, but takes that type of modality a little further.

Psychodynamic Therapy: Helps the client to see behavioral patterns, defenses, and inner struggles. The client learns to manage and control what may feel uncontrollable.

Emotional Focused Therapy: This is a short-term form of therapy that focuses on adult relationships and attachment/bonding.

Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT): This is a brief, process-oriented form of therapy. ABT looks at the connection between an infant’s early attachment experiences with primary caregivers and the infant’s ability to develop normal and healthy emotional and physical relationships.

Special Discount with LaTasha Taylor, MSW, LPC-A:

Enjoy a reduced rate of $80 per session with LaTasha Taylor.

    Why Choose Out-of-Network Services:

Many clients prefer Out-of-Network services for several reasons:

Avoid the need to share medical records with insurance companies.

Simplify the process of finding the right therapist.

Often, insurance deductibles are high, requiring clients to pay the full session fee out of pocket before their deductible is met.

    How Out-of-Network Services Work:

Clients pay for the session out of pocket and receive a Superbill from the provider.

Clients can then submit the Superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement.

Contact your insurance company's member services for details on reimbursement when using an out-of-network mental health provider.

    Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards for payment.

Payments are due at the time of service.

    Insurance Claims Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for unpaid insurance claims by the insurance company.

  • Confidentiality: Using insurance may result in therapy session information and diagnoses becoming part of a permanent medical record. Self-pay offers greater control over health information, ensuring confidentiality. Insurance companies may request records without the client's knowledge, compromising privacy.

Provider Availability: Some therapists do not accept insurance, making self-pay the sole option for individuals seeking these providers.

Treatment Flexibility: Insurance companies often limit the type, frequency, and number of covered therapy sessions. Self-pay empowers individuals to choose the therapy type and session quantity best suits their needs.

Cost: In certain cases, self-pay can be more cost-effective than using insurance, especially if the insurance plan has a high deductible or if the individual is responsible for a significant portion of each session's cost. (Please inquire about lower fee-per-session therapist referrals.)

The choice between self-pay and insurance depends on individual needs and financial circumstances. It's essential to consider the pros and cons of each option and seek advice from a mental health professional or financial advisor if necessary.
