I am a licensed clinical social worker. My clinical journey includes working in a psychiatric hospital and on an ACT (assertive community treatment) team, where I supported people during their most critical moments, offering in-home support and therapy.

I'm also a Brainspotting practitioner, which is an effective treatment for healing and growth. I draw from a range of therapeutic skills, including a Person-centered approach, motivational interviewing, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and SFBT (solution-focused brief therapy).
