Before my counseling career, I served as a police officer for 8 years, recognizing the need for early intervention to support hurting families, especially children. As an LPC since 1996, I've worked in private practice, specializing in various counseling areas. My mission, grounded in Christian values, is to provide healing and recovery for all in need.

For the past 23 years, I've focused on helping students with special needs in school settings, collaborating with families and professionals for their growth and resilience.

Russell specializes in children and adolescents, behavior problems, play therapy, adults, family and marriage counseling, Christian/faith-based counseling, men's issues depression and anxiety, and general life stresses and stressors.
